Our on-site health screenings (diabetes, dental, blood pressure, BMI, vision, etc.) are done at a variety of locations in Storm Lake.  

With over 2000 employees and 27 languages spoken, Tyson Foods provides a perfect location to bring health screenings to people who may not have easy access to medical facilities.  

We have also facilitated group specific screenings at St. Mark Lutheran Church in Storm Lake, Iowa.
